How soon can I receive my order?
From production to your doorstep, it typically takes 16-28 days depending on the complexity of the artwork.
Can I opt for express shipping?
Speak to our team via the WhatsApp button if you should prefer to opt for express shipping, and our dedicated team will assess and advise accordingly depending on the artwork, size, and complexity.
Do the wall art come framed?
Most of our artwork come framed and ready to hang, unless otherwise stated. Some artwork crafted from sandstone or resin do not come with frames. Please check the product description for details.
Do you provide wall art installation?
All orders come with a complementary mounting service, regardless of the quantity. However, do ensure the wall you intend to hang the wall art is suitable for modifications. If you are unsure, please speak to our dedicated team via the WhatsApp button.

Do you allow order adjustments?
We strive to have your order delivered as soon as possible, and adjustments can only be made 24 hours from order placement.
What is your return policy?
Every artwork is produced from scratch upon order and hence not qualified for return.
What if I receive my item in a damaged condition?
Every artwork arrives in a rolled canvas tube, before being transferred into a frame. Our dedicated team will conduct a stringent quality check upon arrival before transferring the artwork into a frame. The framed artwork is then wrapped securely prior to delivery. If you should receive your item in defective condition, reach out to our team and we would be more than happy to provide a one-to-one exchange.
